Features of Our Courses
Why Choose Us?
Training by some of the best in the business. Years of experience with a huge focus on safety and safe boating. Masterboatlicence is also authorised by Transport for NSW, (TfNSW) and the training is completed in one day. Nothing else do to but take your application form to Service NSW.
One day boat licence
Complete your boat licence in one day. You will not only receive the best boat licence training, but you will also have a fun day! Starting in the boat in the morning, we show you in a real way what you will be tested on later. Everything is complete by the afternoon, and you will leave with not only a certificate of completion, but also excellent knowledge and skills. All you need to do then is take our form down to Service NSW or Maritime and exchange it for your licence - no more testing!
Boat licence including practical
We offer boat licence including practical only. Learning the best habits for a lifetime are best made by being trained by the best. Tony and Greg are both Marine rescue unit commanders, which means they are the people who will organise your rescue if things don't go well on a particular day. Adam is a senior maritime trainer with a background in oil tankers and offshore oil and gas support vessels. Don't learn from amateurs - book now and experience the difference with Master Boat Licence.
Starting with no experience
If you are worried that you have never touched a boat before attending, don't worry, you are not alone. Many students attend having never touched a boat in their life. We take you from knowing nothing, to being able to avoid a collision, follow the road signs (buoyage), and keeping you boat compliant with all required equipment. All we ask is that you have a bit of a read of the boating (and/or PWC) handbook which is available in the link at the top of this page. We don't expect that you become an academic, or even pass the online quiz every time, but it's good to have had a read so that we are filling in the blanks on the day rather than starting from zero.
